Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan and Pakistan Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rashid Ahmad have agreed to launch an anti-government campaign after Eidul Fitr.
The consensus was developed during a meeting between the two at Khan’s Bani Gala residence on Saturday.
During the meeting, important issues relating to the prevailing political situation of the country, circumstances emerging after the Panama Leaks, attitude of the ruling party and strategies of the opposition political parties came under discussion.
The two leaders also stressed on the need of having joint efforts by the opposition alliance in order to get rid of the corrupt rulers and resolving the problems faced by the country.
