Islamabad Police have arrested seven outlaws from various areas of the city and recovered 1.7 kg hashish, 15 litres liquor and looted items from their possession, a police spokesman said.
He said that the Khanna police nabbed three accused Shehzad Masih, Abdul Qayum alias Bila and Ejaz during routine patrolling and recovered 1.7 kg hashish, 100 gramme heroin and 15 litres liquor from them.
Separately, the Ramana police arrested a thief named Obaid while three women Mumtaz, Sonia and Ambreen were nabbed for their alleged involvement in immoral activities.
Meanwhile, police also arrested eight professional alm-seekers.
Islamabad SSP Sajid Kiani appreciated the performance of the police teams and directed all police officials for effective policing measures in their respective areas.
