Pak Sarzameen Party leader Anees Advocate launched another diatribe against Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) on Sunday, saying the PSP would not accept a party working against Pakistan.

Addressing a press conference from London, Anees said Mustafa Kamal and Anees Qaimkhani deserved tribute for speaking out against anti-state elements.

Flanked by other PSP leaders including Raza Haroon, he said, “We want to stop those who are working at the behest of our enemies.”

He added that he is in London to raise voice against elements destabilising Pakistan.

“There was a time when slaughtering in Karachi was a routine matter and people would kill each other in the name of ethnicity,” he said.

On March 3, 2016, Mustafa Kamal returned home from self-imposed exile and launched a new political party to challenge the iron grip of the MQM on Karachi.

Mustafa Kamal, who won broad support as mayor of Karachi from 2005 to 2010, leveled blistering criticism at Altaf Hussain’s strong-arm tactics.

Kamal left Pakistan in 2013 over reported differences with Hussain, and had lived in Dubai since then.

  1. We need such Pakistanis and Political Parties. PML N and MQM are working for enemies. They must reform or else.
