A motorcyclist tore apart the uniform of a motorway police officer in Rawalpindi.
An official of motorway police lodged a complaint with Wah police that a motorcyclist named Habib was riding his motorbike on the wrong side and upon stopping him by SPO Atta, he resisted and slapped Atta and tore his uniform into pieces.
