Two children died while dozen others were hospitalised after vaccination in Taunsa Sharif on Thursday.
The children started vomiting after being administered the vaccine.
They were shifted to District Headquarters Hospital where two of them died.
Black spots have also appeared on the arms of the children.
When contacted, the health department officials refused to comment on the issue.
