Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Punjab leader and former Punjab governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar has said that the presidential address was disappointing, as the president did not mention drone attacks, Panama Leaks and corruption.

The PTI leader criticised the president for not giving answers for the blunders of the government. It was not wise to completely neglect the pertinent issue of corruption and Panama leaks. The performance of Pakistan Muslim League – N (PML-N) is zero since they come to power and it is completely ridiculous to hope for any good during their tenure. Nation will only get the wave of desperation and failure during reign of the PML-N, he said.

He expressed these views while addressing a ceremony in Defence Club. He said that General Raheel Shareef’s statement against the drone attacks is depiction of national desires and whole nation stands by him for the success of operation Zarb-e -Azb.

The dream of eradication of crisis of load shedding, corruption and poverty will not come true during the reign of the current government, he said. Sarwar said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is united under the leadership of Imran Khan and whole party will obey his orders to bring change in the country.

The first priority is to unite and organise the party in Punjab to gain electoral success in next elections and I am working on the same plan, he said.

  1. There is nothing to be impressed because he reads what the Government writes to read.
