The deadlock between government n opposition is a Muk Mukka because all of them are beneficiaries of tax evasion and large scale corruption. These muk mukka political parties and their so called national leaders are flock of the same feather flying together. TOR should be prepared by Judiciary with help from experts and mandated through a referendum. We should be looking for systemic improvement rather than one time band-aid solution. FBR tax audit and show cause from ECP should be initiated.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi (SMQ) has failed to represent the wishes of PTI grass roots that want accountability and eradication of corruption not only inside the party but in the country as well. SMQ has allowed PPP to take control of the process and has compromised on certain principles. This is not the first time it has happened. Similar failures happened when MNAs resigned and TOR signed for formation of Judicial Commission to inquire about election rigging.
