About a dozen people were injured in a road accident on Saturday. Many among the wounded are stated to be in critical condition.
According to rescue sources, the accident took place near toll plaza in Mian Channu where a speeding truck collided with a passenger bus.
As a result of the accident 12 people were injured who were rushed to local hospitals where condition of many was stated to be serious.
The police took both vehicles into custody and after registering a case against the driver started an investigation.
