Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad adjourned the Imran Farooq murder case on Wednesday without hearing due to non issuance of notification to the prosecutor.
As per details, hearing of the case was held in ATC Islamabad under Judge Syed Kusar Abbas. The accused Khalid Shameem’s counsel submitted a plea in the court challenging court’s jurisdiction.
FIA Prosecutor Khawaja Imtiaz appeared before the court and said that the notification of his appointment has not been issued yet. The court adjourned the hearing till June 6.
Court has also extended the judicial remand of the accused, Khalid Shameem, Mauzam Ali and Mohsin Ali till June 6.
