Joseph Osadiaye has stated that Mamelodi Sundowns will beEnyimba’s toughest opponents in the group stage of the 2016 Caf Champions League.

The People’s Elephants were grouped alongside ES Setif, Zamalek and the South African champions.

Sundowns replaced AS Vital, who were thrown out of the group stage of the 2016 Caf Champions League for fielding an ineligible player.

“It’s a known fact that all the teams that made the group stage of the 2016 Caf Champions League are very tough,” said Osadiaye.

“The battle to make the last four and hopefully move from there is obvious, the two north African teams a very tough but I’ll pick South African team, Mamelodi Sundowns as being toughest because I’ve seen them their matches but we will not underrate anyone.

“A target to make it out of the group stage has been established and that requires that we take each match as they come and hopefully qualify for the semi final stage.”
