The British Scotland Yard team on Wednesday (today) met key accused in the Imran Farooq murder case at the Adiala Jail.
The team interviewed the three accused; Mohsin Ali, Khalid Shamim, and Moazzam Ali in light of their confessional statements.
The team also reviewed details of their bank accounts.
Forensic experts are likely to present key evidence before the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) in the coming two days.
A six-member team of Scotland Yard arrived in Islamabad on Monday.
The Scotland Yard team upon arrival visited the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) headquarters. The team intends to share some evidence with FIA official Shahid Hayat, who is investigating the money laundering case against Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM).
Imran Farooq, 50, a founding member of MQM was stabbed and beaten to death in Edgware, North West London, as he returned home from work on September 16, 2010.
