Celine Dion, 48, took the stage at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards and left fans in awe of her epic and raw performance of Queen’s “The Show Must Go On.”

The singer personally chose the meaningful rock song as not only her breakout, televised performance since the deaths of her husband, Rene Angélil, and her brother, Daniel Dion, but also as her ICON performance.

Celine was honored with the Icon Award at the show and received a warm welcome from singer Seal and a video tribute.

Dressed in a glittery gown, the mother-of-three confidently took the stage at the BBMAs and gave a performance of a lifetime.

Dion’s teenage son, René-Charles Angelil, surprised the singer by handing her the Icon award personally after her performance.

“Rene, this one’s for you,” Dion said. “The show must go on.”
