A survey is underway to find out the number of damaged houses due to operations against militants in South Waziristan, North Waziristan and Khyber Agencies.
According to Ministry of States and Frontier Regions, the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) Disaster Management Authority is providing transport and return cash grant to each NADRA verified family at its return to their native town.
A summary for compensation funds in the form of Citizen Losses Compensation Programme for FATA has already been approved by the prime minister, the ministry said.
