At least 55 people were arrested for refusing to administer anti-polio vaccine to their children during the anti-polio immunisation campaign here on Sunday.

The Peshawar deputy commissioner (DC) said that during the anti-polio vaccination campaign in different areas of the provincial capital, 55 parents who denied to vaccinate their children were detained.

He said the detainees have been sent to jail. “Those who will refuse to vaccinate their children or interrupt the immunization campaign would have to face severe punishment,” the DC warned.

  1. Brave parents around the world are standing up for their right to make medical decisions for their children. These arrests happened in Pakistan, but the direction Big Pharma and governments are pushing us is for mandatory, forced vaccination everywhere, all around the world, birth to grave, and now they are even pushing vaccination during pregnancy. The most powerful, evil drug-pushers of all are the big drug corporations.

    • Bravo. Good post. Good to see people seeing through the thin veil of Big Pharma's fear mongering.
