  1. Who is availing the subsidy ? I am not. What is available in the Utility stores is sub-standard supplies which could not sell throughout the year. Want to see what the subsidy and Ramzan packeage ? Go to the Gulf countries. They sell best kitchen items at subsidized prices and offer big big prizes for purchases during this 'holy' ( unholy in Pakistan because we abuse all descent things during this month) month. Hope a Fatwa is not issued.
