Indian court orders repatriation of Pakistani boy: Burney

Ansar Burney Trust International Chairman and former federal minister for human rights Ansar Burney Advocate has announced that a local court in India has ordered to repatriate four-year-old boy Iftikhar back to Pakistan. The repatriation process of Iftikhar, who was trafficked to India, had started and soon he would be back in Pakistan, he added.

Ansar Burney specially thanked Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif and Pakistan’s High Commissioner in India Abdul Basit for their kind cooperation with Ansar Burney Trust.

Earlier, Ansar Burney had requested Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to ask the concerned departments to help their Trust in recovery of a four-year-old Pakistani boy Iftikhar Ahmed who was trafficked to India to hand him over to Pakistan High Commission at New Delhi.
