The Lahore High Court (LHC) has suspended a notification for increase in the fees of overseas students at medical colleges.

Justice Shahid Waheed had accepted the application filed by a medical student who told the court that four medical colleges have fixed a quota and fees for overseas students.

However, a notification has been issued which has doubled the fees for overseas students and is against the rules and regulations of the colleges. The student requested the court to annul the notification for the increase in fees.

The court suspended the notification and issued notices to the relevant authorities. The next hearing for the case will be held after two weeks.

  2. A good student should be punctual, sincere, and honest. He should respect his teachers and try grasping as much of knowledge from them as possible. They should be punished for their intolerable behavior at college.
    Thanks!
