At least four people including a woman died and 33 others received injuries in separate road accidents in Hafizabad and Bhakkar on Tuesday.
According to police, a Lahore-bound car coming from Islamabad turned turtle at motorway near Pindi Bhattian area in Hafizabad district. A woman among two people died in the accident while three others received serious wounds.
Rescue sources said that a Manshera-Karachi bound passenger bus collided with a truck at MM Road near Khansar in district Bhakkar. Two people died in the accident while 30 others including women and children sustained wounds.
The bodies and injured of both the accidents were shifted to hospitals of concerned districts and the police after registering separate cases into both the incidents at respective police station have started the investigation.
