A man has been killed in a traffic mishap within the Koral police jurisdiction.
According to police, Mohammad Farooq was crossing the road when a speeding car driven by an unidentified driver hit him. Driver fled the scene leaving him fatally injured in a pool of blood.
The injured was rushed to the local hospital, where the doctors pronounced him dead.

A man has been killed in a firing incident within the Chauntra police jurisdiction.
Waleed Khan, a resident of Chauntra, lodged a complaint with the local police that his father was going on a motorcycle when an unknown man started firing at him and his father died on the spot.
The body was shifted to the local hospital for medico-legal formalities.
