Four waggons of a goods train derailed near the Faisalabad railway station on Tuesday.
Due to the derailment, Karakoram Express, Pakistan Express and Akbar Express were stopped in the nearby areas.
Rescue teams reached the scene and initiated efforts to restore the track.
No casualty was, however, reported and the track was declared ‘clear’ for routine traffic.
Moreover, a committee has also been formed to identify the causes of the accident.
