At least 31 suspects were apprehended during a search operation conducted by law enforcement agencies in various part of the federal capital while weapons and drugs were also recovered.
According to the Islamabad Police, a joint operation was conducted by the Islamabad Police and intelligence agencies in Madina Town, Abdullah Town and other areas of the city due to security risk.
At least 150 houses and 50 shops were searched during the operation in which at least 31 suspects who failed to determine their identification were arrested. 500 grams of heroin and arms were also recovered from their possession.
