At least one died and two others were injured in a firing incident on Sunday evening.
Police said that men of two groups over a verbal clash turned violent after which they exchange blows and a man among them opened fire killing one person and injuring another in Mirabadi locality, Golra police station jurisdiction in Islamabad.
The accused himself was injured after he was tortured by the members of rival group.
The body and injured were shifted to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) for medico-legal formalities. The police registering a case started an investigation into the incident.
