Training camp for cricket players has been started at Kakul Academy in Abbottabad under the supervision of Pakistan Army, reported on Saturday.
Players have geared up practice session in camp while Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has summoned leg spinner Yasir Shah back for restoration program at National Cricket Academy due to his knee injury.
On the other hand, green shirts held fitness exercises ahead of England series.
Star player Misbah-ul-Haq’s test would also be organised in Kakul Academy as he was unable to appear in examination in NCA, Lahore as he fallen ill following his return from Umrah.
The cricketers are needed to participate in two-week long boot camp at the military academy before third training camp.
It should be mentioned here that former skippers Mohammad Hafeez and Shahid Afridi missed their tests at the cricket academy owing to injuries.
