At least six people were seriously injured in a collision between two vehicles on Monday.
Rescue sources said that a speeding dump truck collided with a passenger van on Faisalabad Road in Chiniot. Six passengers were wounded in the collision and the injured were rushed to a hospital for treatment.
The driver of the dump truck escaped from the scene. Police took both vehicles into custody and after registering a case against the dumper driver started raids for his arrest.
