Pakistan Meteorological department issued a press release saying a westerly wave is likely to grip upper and central parts of Pakistan Tuesday (today) evening.
Karachi will remain partly cloudy today, with temperature ranging between 34C to 36C.
Dust storms and thunderstorms are expected at different places of Khyber PakhtunKhwa, Islamabad, Upper Punjab (Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Lahore and Faisalabad divisions) from Tuesday to Sunday.
Furthermore, rain and thunderstorms with gusty winds are also expected in FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir this week.
Similar conditions are also expected at a few places in southern Punjab (Multan, Dera Ghazi Khan and Bahawalpur divisions), northeastern Balochistan (Quetta, Zhob, Kalat and Sibbi divisions) and upper Sindh (Sukkur and Larkana divisions) from Tuesday to Friday.
