Court careers; a nightmare for lady lawyers

It may appear like Pakistani females are being encouraged in every field, but they are not, practically speaking. They are allowed to pursue their degrees in law, but the very moment they join courts, question marks are put to them. Unfortunately, they are no longer seen as pious, decent and honoured girls but are instead “public property” that can be stared or teased in every possible way. Ultimately, this makes it difficult for most of the reasonable and decent lawyers to appoint them, and for them to survive in this ruthless environment. Undoubtedly, they are capable, but their suppression and discouragement needs to be stopped. Better to give them a chance than doubt their capabilities.
