At least two people were killed after colliding with moving trains in separate incidents in Faisalabad and Multan today (Sunday).
31-year-old man was dead after colliding with a train in Faisalabad’s Sahianwala area due to lack of railway crossing gates.
The relatives of the deceased staged a protest against the local administration and demanded to take action in this regard.
The protest also affected Karakoram Express and Pakistan Express.
On the other hand, a woman was suddenly struck by the Karachi Express train near Piran Ghaib station.
Police personnel stated that the lady died on the spot however, her corpse has been shifted to Nishtar Hospital for identification.
