I am a resident of Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block-18, Karachi, and through your newspaper, I would like to draw the attention of the authorities concerned towards free strolling of Stray Dogs in the area. Patrol dogs kept wandering freely create an atmosphere of fear gripped the area .This poses a dangerous threat to people.
Hundreds of people, including school going children and pedestrians, regularly pass in the area for their day to day activity. This is seriously deplorable. I request the government to take immediate corrective measures, and avoid a catastrophe before it is too late.
