A thirteen-year old girl was gang-raped by four people including an influential landlord.
According to details, Munawar Bibi, a thirteen-year old girl, was kidnapped by a landlord named Arshad and his three accomplices. A resident of Chak number 468 from the Thana Rajoa area, Munawar Bibi was taken to the nearby fields where she was allegedly gang-raped on gunpoint.
Munawar Bibi started screaming after which the landlord doused her with oil and set her on fire. Locals reached the place and shifted her to a nearby hospital for treatment.
According to surgeon Muhammad Ali at the District Headquarter Hospital, thirty per cent of the girl’s body had been burnt.
Thana Rajoa police said they have started conducting raids for the arrest of the rapists and a case has been registered against them.
