The Punjab government Monday announced the schedule for summer vacations. The vacations will begin from June 1 and end on August 14 but may start earlier if temperature continues to rise, according to the media.
According to details, Punjab’s department for schools education announced the schedule for summer vacations to much relief of the parents. The government and private schools will remain closed throughout the province from June 1 to August 14.
The government has also announced that the summer vacations may start earlier in case the temperature continues to rise but this may only happen in schools where annual examinations have already been held.
The department also stated that the private schools will be made to comply with the orders in order to save the kids from severity of the temperature.
