A notorious robber was killed in an exchange of fire with police during search operation on Sunday.
SSP Irfan Baloch said that the police on a tip-off regarding presence of a wanted criminal conducted search operation at Fulji area of district Dadu in Sindh. The criminal hiding in the area offered strong resistance which led to an encounter.
In the fire exchange, a notorious robber identified as Ismail Kharros and wanted by police in more than 20 serious crimes was killed. Arms were also recovered from his possession.
