Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak has strongly objected to holding of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s rally at Mansehra University, saying the activity disrupts educational activities.
In a letter written to the vice chancellor of university, Khattak has sought explanation over organising the prime minister’s public gathering at the venue.
“Why the university was closed for two days ahead of the PM’s rally,” he asked, urging that educational institutions should not be used for political activities.
