PTI reconciliation party ends in more tears

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)’s reconciliation meeting, which took place on Monday over a lunch hosted by Jahangir Khan Tareen proved fruitless as fiery exchanges of arguments took place between party stalwarts Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Chaudhry Sarwar and the meeting had to be concluded without result, local media reported Tuesday.

PTI Chairman Imran Khan left the meeting infuriated after both leaders kept arguing with one another. Conflicts arose while talking about the five-day anti-corruption march in Sindh as well as the party’s central organisation.

Many of the party’s leaders disagreed with Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s idea of organising a march in Sindh.
