Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday allowed the four detained terrorists to meet their family members in a sub-jail as per jail manual.

Raheel Lodhi, Rehan-ud-din, Wajeeh-ud-din, Nadir Khan and Muneer are currently in Rangers 90-day preventive detention over their alleged involvement in the offences came within the ambit of Anti-Terrorism Act.

The family members of the arrested suspects approached SHC requesting it to direct the authorities to arrange their meeting with family members.

While disposing off the petition, the SHC bench, headed by Justice Irfan Saadat, directed the authorities to arrange meeting of all the suspects with their families in sub jail, where they are being investigated as per jail manual.

Earlier, the paramilitary had told the anti-terrorism court that they had credible information on the suspects’ involvement in target killing, extortion and other offences.
