Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has taken notice of hike in prices of pulses and directed the concerned officials to take measures to keep the price at the appropriate level.
He also sought report from Utility Stores Corporation and Statistics Bureau in this regard.
Meanwhile, outgoing Canadian High Commissioner to Pakistan Heather Cruden paid a farewell call on Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in Islamabad on Monday. They discussed bilateral relations between the two countries in diverse fields.
