Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that Balochistan will reap immense benefits from the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
Talking to Senator Mir Hasil Khan Bizenjo on Monday, he said that the development of Balochistan is the top priority of the government to bring it at par with rest of the country.
He said the government’s focus is socio-economic uplift of Balochistan. He said Gwadar would be a state of the art port city that would generate a large number of employment opportunities for the residents and thus help in reduction of poverty.
Mir Hasil Bizenjo lauded the leadership of the Prime Minister for initiating massive infrastructure development projects and welfare schemes for the Balochistan.
He said the ongoing development projects and welfare schemes across the Province would bring a revolution in the lives of the residents of Balochistan.
