This is a work of satire.

In a live address to the nation on PTV, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif urged the nation not to give him any spoilers about the upcoming sixth season of Game of Thrones.

“As I have also made clear on the floor of the house, and in my communication with foreign world leaders, I would not like to be given any spoiler for the series,” he said in his address. “I don’t care if you think if a particular spoiler won’t ruin anything or if it shouldn’t be considered a spoiler because it’s ‘right at the beginning, yaar.’”

The prime minister also informed the nation that his security detail will personally be ready to take a spoiler for him if anyone from a rally crowd were to fire one at him.

“I do not want a repeat of what happened in season-4, where I was told in advance the result of the match between the Mountain and the Viper,” he said.

The premier recalled with tears in his eyes, the events of 1999, when his own selected army chief, Pervez Musharraf, had told him that Kajol, indeed, was the killer in Bollywood thriller Gupt.
