The ongoing Pakistan Cricket Cup tournament in Faisalabad has made the surrounding areas of Iqbal Cricket Stadium “no go areas” for the dwellers.
The tournament started in Faisalabad’s Iqbal cricket stadium on April 19. Since that day most of the business spots around the stadium have been forcibly closed by the government.
The tournament has also left many labourers without a way to earn their living.
Other recreational places in Faisalabad, Funland and Sindbad have also been ordered close by the authorities until the tournament ends.
This tournament will last for 13 days.
