The total liquid foreign reserves of the country stood at $ 20.7710 billion on Thursday, the State Bank of Pakistan has said.
According to SBP’s weekly statement, the foreign reserves held by State Bank on April 15, amounted $16,027.2 million and the net foreign reserves held by other banks were $4,752.6 million.
During the week ending April 15, SBP’s liquid foreign exchange reserves decreased by $14 million to $16,027 million, compared to $16,041 million in the previous week.
During the week, SBP made payments of $ 178 million on account of external debt servicing and other official payments. SBP received $ 223.6 million from United States of America under Coalition Support Fund, during the week.
