After an exchange of hot words with accused lawyers, Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) judge has refused to hear slain Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Dr Imran Farooq murder case.
ATC judge Kosar Abbas Zaidi was hearing the case when the counsels of the accused exchanged hot words with the judge.
Counsel Mansoor Afridi said; “The court was doing the job of a prosecutor, and neither challan nor evidences were presented against the accused yet.”
After the arguments, the ATC judge remarked that he could not hear the case further and referred it to Islamabad High Court.

"Evidences" are never left in any MQM murder. Neither 'witnesses' ever dare to reach the court. The Judge in Wali Babar murder case had also refused to hear the case ( for fear of his and his family's life) and was later transferred in the Interior of Sind.
