The Islamabad administration has decided to impose Section 144 for two days (Saturday, Sunday) in the federal capital where Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf is going to hold its rally on April 24.

PTI is finalising arrangements to celebrate 20th foundation day on 24th April at Islamabad’s F-9 Park where a huge stage has been set up.

PTI leader Imran Khan will address his supporters in the rally and announce party’s future course of action to press the government for Panama Papers commission under Chief Justice of Pakistan.

However, the Islamabad district administration seems to be in no mood to allow PTI hold the scheduled rally as it issued a notification imposing Section 144 for two days (April 23 and April 24).

Officials said the district administration has canceled holidays of employees besides declaring emergency in all government-run hospital of the capital.
