There is no let up in divorce rumours dogging Hollywood’s golden couple, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. For the last few months, there have been a series of reports alleging that the couple has split after 11 years of being together.
Life & Style magazine has now said the impeding separation is the result of “jealousy, fights and other man”. Without naming who this man is, the magazine goes on to say that the couple is already living apart. Earlier allegations had also said that Angelina’s dramatic weight loss is a contentious issue between the couple – the 5’ 7” actor weighs about 40 kg.
In an earlier report, In Touch magazine wrote that Jolie has become ‘pale, gaunt and exhausted’ as her relationship with Pitt crumbles. Concerns over Jolie’s health emerged when the actor was spotted looking ‘skeletal’ when she was out with her children in London.
“The relationship has disintegrated into withering glances and stony silences. Brad feels that their almost two-year union is unsalvageable,” the magazine quotes a source as saying. The magazine adds that Jolie is jealous of her husband’s Allied co-star, Marion Cotillard.
The report said Angelina is afraid Marion will steal Brad from her just like she poached him from first wife Jennifer Aniston. “She’s prone to think that since she was once Brad’s co-star and seduced him away from his wife, the same will happen to her,” the report says.
Another magazine, Gossip Cop, attacked the Life & Style report and called it untrue quoting unnamed sources. Brad and Angelina have chosen not to comment on the rumours.
