PTI to woo opposition parties for Raiwind march against PM Nawaz

In order to put up a joint front against the ruling PML-N over Panama leaks, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to contact opposition leaders, local media reported.

According to reports, PTI will invite opposition parties to join their protest march against Sharif family.

Senior PTI leader Shah Mahmooad Qureshi will meet opposition leader Syed Khursheed Shah, Aitzaz Ahsan and Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Siraj ul Haq.

Qureshi will urge the like-minded opposition groups to adopt a common strategy on the issue of Panama papers, which has put spotlight on offshore holdings of Sharif family.

On behalf of Imran Khan, Qureshi will invite PPP and JI to join the PTI in their proposed Raiwind March.

According to reports, PTI Chairman Imran Khan called Siraj ul Haq and discussed the issue.

On Monday, PTI postponed its scheduled intra-party elections to keep their focus on Raiwand March.
