Federal Interior Minister Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan is addressing a press conference in Islamabad in regards to the Panama Leaks investigation, reported Dunya News.

Referring to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, Nisar stated that the probe into the Panama Leaks was carried out after PTI chief demanded it. He also said that the opposition demanded that the investigation should be carried out under the supervision of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).

Nisar stated that Imran Khan should stick to his demand now. He added that no sort of procession will be allowed to carried out in the F-9 park or the D-chowk, on the basis of the security concerns of the sensitive buildings in the area.

Nisar went on to say that if the government allows holding of gatherings at a particular place in Islamabad, “I will need guarantees that the jalsa will not move from that area.”

“If they try to move from the jalsa area and action is taken by law enforcers to contain them and people die, as a result, we will not be responsible for those casualties.

The Apr 24 PTI jalsa should follow these rules and I am ready to talk to Imran Khan about these issues to chalk out a plan.”

  1. Two wrings don't make one right. The Federal Information Minister is full time engaged in a campaign against PTI and person of IK. But this time, the PM and PML(N) would be fighting a lost war.
