President Mamnoon Hussain has said that Kashmir is the jugular vein of Pakistan and solution of the region’s problems is connected to the solution of the Kashmir issue.
This he stated while addressing the Army officials undergoing training at the Command and Staff College, Quetta, here on Friday. The President said that negotiations cannot progress until the people of Kashmir get the right to self-determination.
He said Pakistan has successfully played a key role in improving relations between Saudi Arabia and Iran. He said for the revival of the national economy, the China Pakistan Economic Corridor is an extraordinary event of our time, which is being worked on successfully and there are no hurdles in its path.
He said the nation is united in the fight to eliminate terrorism, which has improved the reputation of the country. He said this has developed harmony among national institutions and such consensus will keep improving with time. He said Zarb-e-Azb operation will continue till elimination of the last terrorist.
