The Peshawar Counter Terrorism Department arrested an alleged Afghan terrorist during a search operation on Thursday.
On a tip-off, CTD conducted a raid at a hideout in Peshawar and arrested the Afghan terrorist identified as Ismail.
CTD said that the suspect was wanted in an IED bomb attack on a cycle rally on Jan 24. The suspect was shifted to an undisclosed location for further investigation.
