An elderly man was killed by a cab within the Khana police jurisdiction.
Sajid Mahmood, a resident of Khana, lodged a complaint with local police that his father Irfan Abbasi and nephew Asim were crossing the road when a taxi (LHV-9441) hit them, killing his father and leaving his nephew critically injured.
The body and the injured were rushed to local hospital for medico-legal formalities and treatment.
The police have registered a case and started investigation.
