A gang of robbers looted almost Rs 8 million from a private bank located in Korangi area on Tuesday.
According to sources, armed robbers entered the branch of a private bank located in Korangi No 2. The robbers held the bank management and security guards hostage at gunpoint and started looting the cash. They took away almost Rs 8 million and fled from the scene. On receiving information, a contingent of police and Rangers reached the crime site and started the investigation after collecting evidences.
