The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has decided to computerize the record of 13 housing schemes which has not been computerized for the past 55 years.
A part of the record was destroyed during flooding in Nullah Leh in 2001.
According to Directorate of Land Development and Estate Management Director Muhammad Baran, “The computerization of records will help the citizens in getting the record of the property to ascertain its status before entering into any a sale agreement with a party. The process will be done at minimum cost as many firms were offering services for computerization of record,” he said.
