Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has said that the provincial government of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) does not believe in politics of victimisation.
He was talking to an 11-member delegation of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) which called on him at the Chief Minister House on Saturday under the leadership of Dr Farooq Sattar. Qaim Ali Shah said that the PPP government in the province did not believe in politics of victimisation against any of the political party including the MQM.
He said grievances of the MQM would be addressed in a just manner. A statement said that Farooq Sattar apprised the CM Sindh regarding raid on zonal office in Mirpurkhas and alleged arrest of some 30 workers. Qaim Ali Shah said the PPP wanted good ties with all political parties including the MQM.
